- Is the sponsorship portal a ready-made standard package?
- No. The foundation and a range of proven features already exist in Consitus Intranet, built on functionality already running for other customers. From there we assemble and tailor the modules that fit your club's sponsorship model, events and workflows.
- Can the system handle both sponsorship agreements and networking events?
- Yes. Sponsorship administration and event registration sit within the same platform: the sponsor and its contacts are set up in one place, and invitations, sign-ups, deadlines and capacity for networking events are linked to that same sponsor and agreement.
- Can you connect the portal to our current membership or finance system?
- Yes. We can connect Consitus Intranet with your membership or accounting system. We review which information needs to be exchanged and the access or APIs available. We agree the scope and price for a standard or custom integration.
- Is the contract management a full CLM system?
- No, and that isn't the aim. Contract management is a supporting feature: agreements, terms, expiry, renewals, reminders and digital signature where relevant. It gives you an overview of sponsorship agreements without being a general enterprise contract system.
- Can we see purchased places and invoicing status?
- Yes, as administrative information on the sponsor and the agreement, so sales and administration can see what has been sold and what has been sent for invoicing. It is not an accounting system and does not replace your bookkeeping.
- Who is this solution built for?
