This notice covers the public website, enquiries and requests for trial access. Data that Consitus processes on behalf of a business customer is governed by the relevant service agreement and data processing agreement; this website notice does not replace those agreements.

Contact forms collect your name, email address, message and, if supplied, phone number, company and subject. Trial requests also collect company, phone number, employee range and the features you would like to try. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to handle that form; other fields are optional. Please do not send sensitive personal information through these forms.

We use the information to respond to your enquiry or contact you about the requested trial. The forms request your consent to that specific use (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Where information is needed to take steps at your request before a contract or to deliver an agreement with you, Article 6(1)(b) also applies. Business correspondence with a representative of a company may be processed under Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to and administering business relationships.

Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorise unrelated marketing. Consent can be withdrawn by emailing alj@consitus.dk. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing, and information may still be retained where another lawful basis requires it.

When a browser requests this website, technical information such as IP address, request time, browser, device and requested page is processed to deliver and protect the service. Our legitimate interest in reliable, secure operation is the basis under Article 6(1)(f).

Google Analytics 4 is used for optional measurement of visits, sessions and website interactions. It is subject to your measurement consent under Article 6(1)(a). You can decline measurement and still browse the website or submit an enquiry. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides operational usage and performance metrics without analytics cookies or local storage, according to Cloudflare.

iubenda provides the cookie banner, preference controls and associated consent records. The information processed can include IP address and your preference choices. Necessary preference storage supports your privacy choices and our compliance obligations. See the English cookie policy for the controls and technologies involved.

Supabase, Inc. provides database infrastructure. Enquiries are stored in the website database. Cloudflare, Inc. delivers and protects the website and provides Web Analytics; its infrastructure is distributed internationally.

Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) delivers enquiry notifications to Consitus and trial confirmations to applicants. It receives sender and recipient details, message content and delivery information. Depending on the form, this can include name, email, phone, company, selected service, employee range, interests and your message.

Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics 4. iubenda srl, Italy, provides the privacy and cookie tools. Authorised Consitus personnel and suppliers supporting these purposes may access relevant data. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Some providers are based in the United States or use infrastructure outside the EU/EEA. A European database location does not by itself mean that all processing by every provider takes place in Europe.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA must have an applicable legal transfer basis, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. Contact alj@consitus.dk for information about the transfer arrangements and safeguards applicable to your data. The providers' privacy notices describe their international processing; provider location alone is not a guarantee of an adequacy decision.

Enquiries and trial requests are retained for as long as needed to handle the request and relevant follow-up. Where a business relationship results, necessary correspondence may be retained for that relationship and for applicable documentation or legal obligations. The criteria are the purpose of the request, ongoing contractual obligations, statutory retention requirements and the need to establish or defend legal claims.

Where processing relies solely on consent, withdrawal ends that processing unless another lawful basis permits or requires retention. Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. Contact alj@consitus.dk to make a request; we may need enough information to verify your identity.

You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk or to your competent supervisory authority. We do not use the enquiry or trial forms to make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
